Prayer to the East

Hail to the eastern sky,
Boreas, guardian of rising sun,
We call to your sacred winds,
& pray you join in for sacred fun!

Incense burn & windmills turn,
As sacred smoke doth cleanse the air,
A gentle breeze kisses the neck,
Alerting us that you are there!

Blessed be the morning light,
that grows within the eastern sky,
Blessed be the sun god's warmth,
Until the moon bids daylight goodbye.

Eastern breeze that twirls my hair,
chill that doth caress my skin,
we welcome you great eastern quarter,
