Prayer to Fire

Holy fire & sacred flame,
light that glows throughout the night,
torches at the holy crossroads,
A moonlit path that's oh so bright!

Holy fire that lights our way,
Making it so that we see,
I evoke thee to this space,
holy flame oh hear my plea!

Flames shall burn & light the sky,
Gentle smoke floats up to play,
blessed be the holy south,
May firelight in our circle stay!

Underneath this blessed moon,
Sacred light that fills the sky,
oh great and powerful southern spirit,
be with us until the final goodbye!
